January 2, 2025 — The flag presentation ceremony for the Huacheng Subdistrict Foreign Language Volunteer Service Team was held at the Huacheng Subdistrict Comprehensive Governance Center, attended by representatives from the District Foreign Affairs Office, Huacheng Subdistrict Party Working Committee, and related departments. Comprising 103 volunteers—including lawyers, foreign teachers, university students, public officials, and overseas returnees—the team marks a significant leap in Huacheng Subdistrict’s capacity to deliver international-standard services.
Flag Presentation Ceremony
