According to the unified arrangement of the Huadu District Party Committee's Organization Department, district leaders and district "two representatives and one committee member" went deep into the "two representatives and one committee member" studio of the Huadu Development Zone Management Committee to hold the "10th Studio Party-Member Service Bridge" Contact Service Enterprise Dialogue Meeting. The meeting was held on the morning of May 10, 2024, at the "two representatives and one committee member" studio of the Huadu Development Zone Management Committee. The meeting was presided over by Xu Qingping (district party representative, deputy secretary of the party group and executive deputy director of the Guangzhou Huadu Economic Development Zone Management Committee), with Cai Qiliang (deputy district mayor of Huadu District), Gu Shaohui (deputy district mayor of Huadu District, party committee secretary and branch director of the District Public Security Bureau), Zhao Donghui (party group secretary of the CNC Bureau), enterprise representatives Lin Weitao and Chen Jingsheng, lawyer Yang Qiuling (party member lawyer selected by the Guangzhou Huadu District Industry Party Committee, partner and party branch secretary of Guangdong Well Bond Law Firm), and representatives from the Guangzhou Huadu District Economic Development Zone Management Committee, District Planning and Capital Bureau, and District Science and Commerce Information Bureau attending as observers.

It is divided into two agendas:
Agenda 1: Cai Qiliang led the study of Xi Jinping's important discourse on the need to adhere to the principle of putting the people first, and Gu Shaohui led the study of Xi Jinping's important directive on developing new quality productive forces according to local conditions during the deliberation of the Jiangsu delegation.
Agenda 2: Huadu District leaders and representative committee members will listen face-to-face to the difficulties and confusions faced by high-quality enterprise representative "Singapore Fengshu Group" in investing in Huadu District. District leaders, representative committee members, lawyer Yang Qiuling, and various departments will promptly answer or propose feasible plans and suggestions, striving to make every effort to provide maximum convenience for high-quality enterprises investing in Huadu.
